What are your hours?
- Leap Then Look tattoo & Piercing's shop hours are Tuesday-Saturday 2p-10p,
How much for a tattoo?
-Shop minimum is $80. I offer half day sessions, full day sessions, Hourly sessions for coverups as well as walk-ins. Pricing is based on the following criteria: style, size, location, detail, color. Please be sure to be as specific as possible when filling out your booking form
Do you offer piercings?
-Yes! LTL does offer piercings! walk-ins welcome!
Can I bring friends or family?
-Of course! Bring the team! Make a day of it!
Do you do cover-ups?
-YES I DO, but cover ups involve a lot of honesty and trust. Not all cover ups are possible but I will always try to work with you, ensuring a thorough breakdown of the entire process. Please schedule a consultation with me so I can see the existing tattoo and we can discuss a plan!
Do you accept cash or card?
-Yes, i accept cash and card! I also accept, Apple Pay, Cash app, or via invoice.
Where exactly are you located?
-Leap then look is located at 601 S Riverside Dr. Clarksville, TN 37040. Unit 106. You can find me and an amazing group of artists and piercers there!
How can I book an appointment?
-Please check out the Services and Booking page. All appointments require an inquiry form to be completed before your consult is accepted.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome!
I booked an appointment...when can I see the design?
-I do not send out any designs prior to two days before your appointment. The day of your appointment I will show you your design via a 3-d visual or Stencil. I offer plenty of time to review before appt time for any changes to be made. PLEASE be honest with me on any changes you want to make. This is a place where art meets self love and a part of loving yourself is trusting yourself when you say you want something a certain way. Don't be afraid to speak up, after all, this is your forever. Trust is key!
Can my child get a tattoo with my parental consent signature?
-No, per Tennessee State Law, under no circumstance are we tattooing a minor (any under the age of 18) Identification is required to book.
How do I take care of my new ink?
- For my sensitive skin clients, I will wrap their new ink in a clear film that you will leave on until you get home. Clean the tattoo with unscented antibacterial soap. I like to use Dr. Naturals Black Castile Soap. Let your tattoo dry. Once completely dry, apply A thin layer of Aquaphor. A thin layer is essential. Once the tattoo starts to peel, begin applying a more moisturizing, unscented vitamin E lotion or coconut oil 3-5 times a day.
I offer a protective aftercare bandage to apply once your tattoo is finished. Leave this wrap on for 4-5 days and then remove SLOWLY. I recommend taking it off in the shower or with unscented soap and water. Pull the wrap downwards, like you are peeling off a glove. It may help to work the unscented antibacterial soap under neath a corner of the wrap and work into a lather pulling the wrap down as you go. Apply unscented lotion or coconut oil to the tattoo 3-5 times a day until the tattoo is finished peeling. Do not go swimming or expose yourself to direct sunlight during the healing process.
